I have been playing in the front garden today, I have been clearing the leaves and weeds, and planting a few late bulbs that I got reduced and looking at the little bulbs already poking their head through ready for the spring extravaganza of colour. I also spied this on my trek round the very soggy back garden a little snowdrop has said hello and I am in awe of plants that are sprouting ready for their show in May-June, a type of anemone.

Spring is on its way in the Lavender Shed's garden
Gone is the snow and cold weather replaced by wet and windy weather, however there is a sign of hope that in the not too distant future Spring may be here.
Wandering round clearing the bed in the front garden of the Lavender Shed today there were some signs of this hope.
A beautiful anemone already in flower, the hellebores budding and the heads of bulbs peeping through the soil.
